Developer and contact

This Privacy Policy explains how BitMine handles information for the mobile application BitMine: Idle Crypto Miner, package name com.bitmine.idlecryptominer. For privacy questions, account deletion requests, or data requests, contact support@bitmine.app.

What BitMine is

BitMine is a mobile rewards app experience with an idle mining theme. BitMine does not mine cryptocurrency on your device and does not provide investment, trading, lending, staking, exchange, wallet, custody, deposit, or financial advisory services.

Information we collect

• Account information: Google Sign-In identifiers, email address, display name, profile photo, account status, referral code, invite code usage, and support messages you send to us.
• Device and app information: app device ID, device model, operating system, app version, language, timezone, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, request timestamps, nonce values, app signature status, and security or integrity check results.
• App activity and reward records: reward balance, boost state, daily task activity, ad reward attempts, reward grant status, payout request history, risk-control events, and account actions.
• Purchase information: Google Play product IDs, order IDs, purchase tokens, purchase state, entitlement state, refund or revocation status, price, currency, and receipt verification status.
• Payout information: payout address or destination submitted for review, payout amount, payout status, and payout provider response data.
• Advertising and analytics information: rewarded ad events, ad placement, ad reward value, advertising identifiers where available and permitted, Firebase Analytics events, diagnostics, crash or performance data, and fraud-prevention signals.

How we use information

• Operate BitMine, authenticate users, maintain reward records, apply boosts, and process payout requests.
• Verify rewarded ads, in-app purchases, refund status, account status, and anti-fraud signals.
• Provide customer support and respond to privacy or account deletion requests.
• Protect the service, enforce limits, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• Measure app performance, diagnose crashes, improve reliability, and measure advertising effectiveness where permitted.

Sharing

We do not sell personal and sensitive user data. We may share limited data with providers that help operate BitMine:

• Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, Google Play Integrity, and Google Play services.
• Firebase Analytics or diagnostics services for analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring.
• AdMob and advertising partners for rewarded ads, measurement, frequency capping, and fraud prevention.
• Payout infrastructure providers when you submit payout information for review.
• Hosting, database, logging, monitoring, security, and customer support providers.
• Authorities or third parties when required by law, legal process, security, or fraud prevention.

• Google Sign-In for authentication (Google Privacy Policy).
• Google Play Billing for in-app purchases and purchase verification (Google Privacy Policy).

Advertising

BitMine may show rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are opt-in: you choose whether to watch an ad in exchange for an in-app reward. Advertising identifiers are handled according to user device settings and Google Play policies.

In-app purchases

Optional digital items or boosts may be processed through Google Play Billing. Purchased virtual items are intended for use only inside BitMine and do not guarantee payout approval or payout availability.

Permissions and device access

BitMine requests only permissions needed for app features, security, advertising, or platform operation. We do not use your device CPU or GPU to mine cryptocurrency. We do not access contacts, photos, microphone, camera, SMS, or precise GPS location unless a future feature clearly asks for that access and you grant permission.

Security

BitMine uses HTTPS and request authentication controls to protect app traffic. Sensitive app request bodies may also be encrypted at the application layer. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards to protect account, reward, purchase, and payout workflows.

Retention and deletion

We keep data for as long as needed to operate BitMine, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and maintain transaction records. You can request account deletion from inside the app or through our public deletion page.

Your choices and rights

• You can choose not to sign in, but account-based reward and payout features will not be available.
• You can choose whether to watch rewarded ads.
• You can manage ad personalization and advertising ID settings through your device or Google account settings.
• You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of account data by contacting us.

Children

BitMine is not directed to children. If we learn that we collected personal data from a child without appropriate consent where required, we will take steps to delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app, legal requirements, or data practices change. The latest version will be available on this page.
